{Delta} wrote:One of the controversial figures in SWBF2 lore, Fallen_Blade has a reputation for not being a team player. Selfish, playing for his awards and his stats, which as a grunt was not the way of the times when he rose to his BFC prominence in =EL=. However, after being his clan leader and teammate in =EL=, specifically during the first go round of the 6v6 CS tournament, he was a team player, just not the way Scarz, Shotty, and KillaK were. He would come to the aid of the engineer and rocket and pretty much carry himself as a power class with the way he kills. He didn't follow the support take the base role that grunts had since relegated themselves to. He started long before the BFC, notorious or infamous for playing on Mos Eisley exclusively with {BOB}Anbu, picking on noobs. He was discovered talent by =BA=Liberatr [sic], and was a major force in a dominant =BA= team which lost to =DSF= 3-2 during =DSF='s prime. He had stints with =STS= and =DSF=, and ultimately went AWOL for a period until he resurfaced in the BFC.

His rifle skill is the gold standard for grunts, regardless of how you feel about his teamwork and ability to help a clan win. The top grunts of the BFC all compared themselves to his slayer ability, particularly Scarz and Shotdown and his influence is evident in the gameplay of the most skilled grunts. This is what makes Fallen_Blade a Hall of Famer.

No one exemplifies that more than Mike and his sniper. His style is not one that will bring the audience to a sense of shock and awe. Its only purpose is to achieve victory. Nothing more, nothing less. In a sniper ditto, his use of fundamentals shines brightest. He is a master of baiting you to shoot and then capitalizing on the miniscule time window between shots. If you were impatient or overly eager versus him, your chances of victory dropped to near zero.

His sniper is at its best when supporting his teammates. He is a master of giving his teammates cover fire from afar. His best maps are most definitely the larger maps like Mygeeto, Kashyyyk, Utapau, Kamino and the other maps of that nature. His cover-fire on those maps allow his teammates to play with courage. For they know that he will have their backs and assure that they are put into the best possible situation to succeed.

It is the little things with Mike. So much so that he even nicknamed his auto-turret, ‘Scarz Bot’. He does not believe in overpowering the enemy with brute force or overwhelming them with speed. He believes in outsmarting the enemy. More than anyone, Mike takes advantage of all the edges(big and small) he can find. Against him, you have to work your ass off for every kill you get. He does not give up anything easily. If you underestimate him, you will regret it.

If I were to compare him to a professional player in sports, I would have to compare him to the legendary NBA Point Guard, John Stockton. Both predicate their games on the idea of being simple and effective. They do not play to show off or impress anyone. They only play with one thing in mind, winning. Both Stockton and Mike will be remembered for the way they set their teammates up to succeed.

Bio:
LAK and N0stalgia wrote: TLuck was one of the BFC’s most influential members during the playoff era. He started his career as a player for TRoT, earning the respect of his peers due to his formidable playing ability. This respect extended all the way to the Season 6 Finals, where he was hand-selected by LSJ for the daunting task of playing against FEAR. However, despite this universal respect from his fellow teammates and adversaries, TLuck was destined for a greater role in the Star Wars Battlefront community. His true calling was to be the voice of the BFC. When the BFC leadership stumbled, TLuck instantly rose up to the challenge and lead the way to some of the most successful and iconic seasons the BFC has had to date. During his time as a leader in the BFC, he was also a fantastic coordinator, building all-star squads such as AoN and PP. TLuck’s impact in the community started as a small ripple in the SWBF2 ocean, but his influence proved to be resilient and grew into a tsunami. Due to his leadership capabilities and long standing influence, his face will be among the first to be placed on the Mount Rushmore of the BFC.
